Timing Guidelines
LOAD-IN: 5.00pm - 6.00pm
SOUNDCHECK: 5.00pm - 7.00pm
DOORS: 7.00pm - 8.00pm
LIVE MUSIC CURFEW: 11.00pm (No exceptions)
VENUE CLOSE: 12.00am - 2.00am
BAR CLOSE:
Monday: 11.00pm
Tuesday: 11.00pm
Wednesday: 11.00pm
Thursday: 11:00pm
Friday 12.30am
Saturday: 01.30am
Sunday: 10.30pm
The venue will close roughly 30 minutes after the closure of the bar.
Event Hire Terms
- Standard Peakvenue hire fees are £250.00 and are non-refundable.
- Hire payments must be paid in advance to secure the venue date.
- The promoter must provide door/ticket staff to check customers in and/or sell tickets on the door.
-The venue is unable to provide card machine facilities or cash floats.
- No outside alcohol is allowed on our premises, any found will be confiscated by a staff member. This includes any drinks designated for artists or riders. Any drinks not supplied by the bar needs to be pre-agreed with the venue.
- Tech specs should be sent to events@engineroomsstudios.com, this would be appreciated at least 2-3 days before the event.
- We charge £80 a green/storage room
- Any booked event cancelled under 6 weeks will be subject to cancellation fees. These will vary based on notice and circumstance.
