Music Venue 

Established in 2015 our in-house music venue has quickly gained a reputation as one of the most unique and versatile events spaces in London. Housed within a railway arch, the space has kept it's gritty and industrial aesthetic, while still creating a warm and welcoming environment for performers and punters.

The venue is truly one of the most unique spaces in London with an emphasis on inclusion and community. Over the years our independently run and managed venue has played host to countless bands many of whom have gone on to have great succsess in the wider industry. Past performers include: IDLES, Calva Louise, YOWL, The Virginmarys, God Damn, Twin Peaks, Cleopatrick, Lady Shocker, And Yet It Moves, Manga + many, many more

As well as hosting everything from Battle Rap to Heavy Metal and from Punk to House music! The venue is also available for private hire, birthday parties, theatre and more.

Hire Rates

Our standard hire rate is £185.00 (Fridays, Saturday & Bank Holidays) and only £85 (Sunday to Thursday).  

 

This fee includes the usage of our full backline & FOH equipment - specifications are available upon request. This fee also enables us to provide staff members such as Sound Engineer, Security and Bar Management.

 

Our usual event running order is; 


Load-in: 16:30
Soundcheck: 5pm - 7pm

Doors: 7pm

Live Music curfew: 11pm

Venue Close: 

Sunday to Wednesday  - 11.30pm

Thursday - 12:00am

​

Friday - 12.30am

​

Saturday - 2:00am
 

We do have the ability to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN), which would allow us to serve alcohol until 3am.

 

Our management and event coordinators need to know if the promoter would like us to apply for a TEN at least 1 month prior to the event. Not all events are granted TENs and any that are will incur an additional hire fee cost of £50.00.
